Processing of personal data - information according to the Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 / EC)

 

Wermlandsflyg AB (Wermlandsflyg) is responsible for the personal data we are receiving from persons applying for duty, own staff, external, hired staff, crew members, next of kin of air crew, or where applicable, other staff and customers, suppliers and government representatives.

 

Wermlandsflyg is processing the information in order to be able to conduct flight operations, aircraft maintenance and training activities in accordance with current EASA and / or other regulations. The information is processed on the basis of your consent for personnel administrative purposes, for accounting and invoicing purposes, to be able to fulfill assignments in accordance with an agreement with you, to be able to fulfill a legal obligation and / or for Wermlandsflyg to be able to constitute a task of general interest.

 

The data can also be used for development of methods, statistics and risk management.

The information that is processed for the purpose of developing and analyzing the business is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing the business.

 

We will not disclose personal data to third parties except in cases where (i) it has been specifically agreed between Wermlandsflyg and you, (ii) when it's necessary within the framework of the assignments towards airport operators, customers, authorities or the like.

 

Personal data is stored in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Information about the next of kin is deleted as soon as the current air work or other assignments have been completed.

 

You have the right to request information from Wermlandsflyg regarding the use of the personal data that concerns you free of charge. We will, at your request or on our own initiative, correct or delete information that is incorrect or restrict the processing of such information. You further have the right to request that your data should not be processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to receive your personal information in a machine-readable format.

 

If you are dissatisfied with our conduct, you can lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority, which in Sweden is Datainspektionen (www.datainspektionen.se). You can also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
